Genshin Impact 2.6 The Chasm Locations Guide

The new region in Genshin Impact 2.6, The Chasm, is an enormous area where players can get lost easily.

With that in mind, we've designed this guide to aid players, pointing out the most important landmarks on the surface and in the underground of the Chasm.

The Surface

The Chasm is a giant crater with big cliffs in a round canyon with layers that players can reach traveling from Liyue.

The most important landmarks on The Surface are the Statue of the Seven and the new Artifact domain: The Lost Valley.

Both the statue and the domain are marked on the map. Therefore we recommend activating the Statue of the Seven, so the whole area becomes visible.

The Lost Valley is locked, however, so check our guide here on unlocking the new domain.

These are some other important locations to keep in mind as well:

  • The surface has three Luxurious Chests and five Precious Chests.
  • There are 4 world quests. Most of them related to the storyline.
  • The center of the Surface is the entrance that the Qixing has blocked by the Qixing from Liyue. Players need to destroy the Bedrock Keys.

The Underground

While the Surface is ready to be explored, players need to break the seal protected by the Bedrock Keys to access the Underground.

Once players get into The Chasm's portal, they will not be alone. The Adventurer's Guild has sent a team with you to stop a problem with purple mud affecting the creatures in the region.

The underground is bigger than the surface and it has more areas to explore with treasures and items to collect.

The two main points are the location of Jinwu, the technician that will enhance the Lumenstone Adjuvant, and the location of the Ruin Serpent, the new boss.
