Genshin Impact 2.7 Weapons & Artifacts: Stats, Requirements & Latest Leaks

Genshin Impact 2.7 is some weeks away. However official announcements and recent data mining from the Beta have revealed tons of details about the upcoming content, including its weapons!

The next patch will have a particular focus on Bows offering two new bows to go along with the new 5-star Hydro Bow character Yelan.

Here is everything we know regarding weapons in Genshin Impact 2.7.

Release Date

Genshin Impact 2.7 will go live on May 11, 2022, running until June 22, 2022.

Genshin Impact 2.7 Weapons

Genshin Impact 2.7 will introduce two new bows. One from the Gacha System and the second bow will be F2P as the reward for the main event of the patch.

The event is expected to be a new version of the dungeons combat challenge, Labyrinth Warriors.

New Weapons

The first new weapon will be the bow called Aqua Simulacra, the signature weapon of Yelan.

Aqua Simulacra

• Base ATK Lv. 90 - 542
• Secondary Stat Lv. 90 - 88.2% Crit. DMG.
• Passive R5:
  • HP is increased by 32%
  • When there are enemies near the character, the DMG increases by 40%. This effect will still be detected when the character is off-field.

Ascension Materials Aqua Simulacra

These are the ascension materials for the new 5-star bow:

• Guyun Series - Weapon ascension material that players can obtain in the Hidden Palace of Lianshan Formula domain in Liyue.
  • On Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
• Specter Pieces - Common material dropped by the Nobushi and Kairagi
• Statuette Pieces - Common material dropped by the Abyss Lectors, Abyss Heralds in The Chasm

The second new weapon is a free bow called Fading Twilight. We expect it will be the weapon and refinement materials from the main event of the patch.

Fading Twilight

• Base ATK Lv. 90 - 565
• Secondary Stat Lv. 90 - 30.6% Energy Recharge.
• Passive R5:
  • The weapon has three states: Evengleam, Afterglow, and Dawnblaze increase DMG 6%/10%/14%, respectively.
  • When attacks hit enemies, the weapon will switch state every 7 seconds. The character can trigger the effect even being outfield.

Ascension Materials Fading Twilight

These are the ascension materials for the new Free 4-star bow:

• Aerosidite Series - Weapon ascension material that players can obtain in the Hidden Palace of Lianshan Formula domain in Liyue.
  • On Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Scroll Pieces - Common material dropped by the Samachurls
• Sacrificial Knife Pieces - Common material dropped by the Elite boss Fatui Agents.

More Weapons in Genshin Impact 2.7

It seems that Genshin Impact 2.7 will see the return of Yoimiya and Arataki Itto as the reruns for the next patch.

If this theory turns out to be accurate, the weapons feature on the second weapon banner will be:

• Redhorn Stontresher - 5-star Claymore
• Thundering Pulse - 5-Star Bow

If the last updates were about Catalyst and Swords, Genshin Impact 2.7 would have a plethora of Bows in their place.
