Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout Guide

Genshin Impact 1.4 is out, and along with it comes brand new Hangout Events.

The four Hangout Events are unlocked by using three Story Keys, which are obtained by completing Daily Commissions.

Bennett's Hangout has six endings with rewards, all of which are outlined below as spoiler-free as possible.

Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout

There are six different endings for Bennett that produce rewards. The rewards are as follows:

• Obtain 1 Memory
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 5 Hero’s Wit, 5 Teyvat Charred Egg
• Obtain 2 Memory
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 20 Primogems, 3 Guide to Resistance
• Obtain 3 Memories
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 5 Hero’s Wit, 3 Agnidus Agate Fragments
• Obtain 3 Memories
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 20 Primogems, 5 LTeyvat Charred Egg
• Obtain 5 Memories
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 5 Hero’s Wit, 3 Agnidus Agate Fragments
• Obtain 6 Memories
  • 100 Adventure EXP, 20 Primogems, 3 Guide to Resistance

It does not matter which order you obtain the memories.

Starting the Hangout

Once unlocked, the first step in the Bennett Hangout Event is to head to the marked area on the map, just inside Mondstadt

Bennett will be in plain sight and is hard to miss. Once players start the conversation with Noelle, certain choices will cause the hangout path to branch out.

Once at least one Memory is complete, players can start the event at any point they have already reached, saving them from having to start from the beginning each time.

Memory 1: Fruitless Anticipation

The worst of all the endings, and also the quickest to obtain, the Fruitless Anticipation ending requires players to make the following choices when asked:

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?."
• "We could do something else instead."
• "I'm looking forward to it"
• "How about we hang around town?"
• "It's okay, I like adventures too."
• "Poor Marjorie..."
• "That's quite useful"
• "Let's head somewhere else..."
• "I'll bet it's those pesky Fatui again!"
• "Don't most places have a sale every now and then?"
• "I'm glad I brought you luck."
• "Let's wait a little longer..."
• "Yeah, it's been too long..."
• "It's just a coincidence..."
• "Cheer up, Bennett..."

The event will complete once Genshin Impact players received the memory. They may then pick up where they left off to obtain the next ending.

Memory 2: Hasty Farewell

Poor Bennett. His luck is not the best. Players can follow the conversation path below, starting at any point they have already obtained:

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?."
• "We could do something else instead."
• "I'm looking forward to it"
• "How about a walk in the wild?"
• "Can't wait!"
• "It's not quite what I expected..."
• "It's fine, we still got to go out for a nice walk."
• "That's rare..."
• "How can this be!"
• "Does that mean you usually..."
• "Uhh... Yep, you're quite right."
• "Sounds like there's a lot I can learn."
• "What happened to the weather..."
• "It's okay, this is important"

The event will complete once Genshin Impact players received the memory. They may then pick up where they left off to obtain the next ending.

Memory 3: Taste Tester Royce

Maybe Bennett's luck is not that bad after all. Similar to the other endings, players should follow the guide at whichever point is the farthest they have obtained:

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?."
• "Sure! Let's go on an adventure!"
• "I've always wanted to go to an adventuring with you too!"
• "Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?"
• "I do."
• "Nice, and thank you!"
• "Are you sure it's okay to eat?"
• "Well, that's pretty much our only option."
• "Does that mean... we're locked in here?"
• "How can you blame it all on someone else?"
• "Bennett didn't volunteer for this bad luck."
• "You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it."

The event will complete once Genshin Impact players received the memory. They may then pick up where they left off to obtain the next ending.

Memory 4: Ready to Make Sacrifices

Poor Bennett! This hangout might make players feel sorry for the poor, annoying kid. Follow the guide, selecting the farthest point along already obtained:

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?."
• "Sure! Let's go on an adventure!"
• "I've always wanted to go to an adventuring with you too!"
• "Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?"
• "I do."
• "Nice, and thank you!"
• "Are you sure it's okay to eat?"
• "Well, that's pretty much our only option."
• "Does that mean... we're locked in here?"
• "How can you blame it all on someone else?"
• "Bennett didn't volunteer for this bad luck."
• "No way. You don't owe him anything."
• "Stop trying to accommodate others all the time."
• "Bennett, you did nothing wrong."
• "What if help does arrive in time?"
• "You might get food poisoning if you eat it."
• "No, you're sacrificing yourself for others again."

The event will complete once Genshin Impact players received the memory. They may then pick up where they left off to obtain the next ending.

Memory 5: No Wonder It's a Top-Class Commission

All is not well that does not end well. At least they are together. Follow the guide, selecting the farthest point along already obtained:

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?"
• "Sure! Let's go on an adventure!"
• "I've always wanted to go to an adventuring with you too!"
• "Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?"
• "No, I usually leave straight away."
• "Go ahead! We won't get anywhere by just staring at them."
• "The one on the left." or "The one on the right."

After receiving the memory the event will conclude, with all the rewards unlocked at this point.

Memory 6: Fortunate Outcome

The absolute best ending, and overall story path. Follow the guide, selecting the farthest point along already obtained:

"The Knights of Favonius have... maids?"

• "Nice to meet you, Bennett!"
• "You... admire me?"
• "That's just coincidence."
• "Aren't you going to give me a hand!?"
• "Sure! Let's go on an adventure!"
• "I've always wanted to go to an adventuring with you too!"
• "Does defeating Stormterror count as an S-rank mission?"
• "No, I usually leave straight away."
• "Hmm, how can I let you face the danger alone?"
• "That's quite useful"
• "Two of us won't be enough."
• "All the other members are gone?"
• "Don't take it personally.
• "It's some very valuable guidance."
• "Get hurt?"
• "Who says it's up to you?"
• "All thanks to you, Bennett."
• "The feeling is mutual."

After receiving the memory the event will conclude, with all the rewards unlocked at this point.

Wrapping Up

Remember that not every choice affects the outcome of the hangout, and only the choices that have bearing on the story are presented in the guides above.
