Today, you can earn some free Primogems in Genshin Impact as compensation for some servers outages a short time ago.

The servers were having some issues on iOS devices in the early hours of the morning on June 25, so miHoYo have released a reward to everyone to make up for it.
Free Primogems in Genshin Impact
The compensation reward is 60 Primogems, and a short explanation of what happened was released alongside the reward. It read:
"Dear Travelers, Starting from 25/6/2021 at 10:50, due to network fluctuations, some Travelers on iOS experienced issues with logging into the game. The issue has been resolved on 25/6/2021 at 11:40. We sincerely apologise for Travelers' gaming experience being affected. Thus, we would like to present the following to you as compensation. Please remember to collect it before it expires."
It isn't entirely clear whether the free Primogems are available for iOS players or if it's for other platforms too. Log into your game to to check it out for yourself.
How to Claim
Thankfully, claiming the bonus is nice and simple. You just need to head to your mailbox and you should see the message about it at the top of the list.
You can then claim it there and the 60 Primogems will be added to your collection in Genshin Imapct.
Free Primogems Expiry Date
As the statement and message says, you need to redeem the free Primogems manually before the expire, so be sure to log in and get them ASAP.
You'll have 30 days from when they were released to claim them, so 30 days after June 25, which takes us up to July 25.
If you don't claim the compensation reward by then, you won't get it at all, so we'd recommend doing so as soon as possible so that you're not missing out.
