The Genshin community is getting very excited ahead of the release of Patch 1.1 next month.

We have seen some early patch notes, and now a boss fight from the upcoming update has made its way onto the web.
New Boss Fight
The alleged leak has made its way onto the Genshin Impact subreddit.

+ 2SPOILER ALERT - we can see Childe as the boss, so best of luck taking him down!
Halfway into defeating Childe, he transforms into an even more powerful being, so expect to have your work cut out.
Version 1.1 Early Patch Notes
As reported last week, we know a lot of details surrounding patch 1.1 in Genshin Impact.
The main takeaway is yhe new update will feature the remainder of the Chapter 1 storyline in Liyue.
We knew this includrf a brand new boss fight against Childe himself - inside the Golden House in a small new added plot of the map which will be repeatable afterwards just like the Boreas and Stormterror fights.
As far as new World Quests, none have yet to be confirmed for any characters that are currently missing.
New characters
As well as Childe, we will see the arrival of Zhongli - a 5-star Geo/Polearm user.
His basic attacks are uniquely animated compared to Xiangling's polearm attacks, with him stabbing his spear into the ground before kicking it back out causing it to spin.

She's a rock star from Liyue and has a standard basic attack string.
Diona is a 4-star Cryo-Bow user.
She is the daughter of Draff from Springvale, and works a s a waitress at Cat's Tail in Mondstadt.
