Genshin Impact 3.1 Compensation Primogems & Anniversary Gifts.
The King Deshret and Three Magi is the name of the Version 3.1 update, whose release date coincides with the Second Anniversary of Genshin Impact, September 28, 2022.
Therefore, players have 600 Primogems in their in-game emails as compensation for bug fixes and Server Maintenance.
