Genshin Impact Rosaria Build: Best weapons, artifacts & team compositions

First introduced in Genshin Impact 1.4, Rosaria is getting a rerun in the current 3.8 update. She is a capable Sub-DPS and an efficient Cryo Battery.

The unconventional nun with a penchant for ale is a solid DPS fighter, wielding a polearm and Cryo vision with deadly effect.

While not a fan of Barbados, her fellow sisters, or working in general, Rosaria does seem to have the drive to protect others in her own way. There are a couple of build variations that you can experiment with. This guide will show you the best options that many experienced players use for Rosaria.

Who is Rosaria?

A dexterous warrior, Rosaria controls the battlefield unleashing ice while getting behind her opponents to deal devastating blows.

Strengths

• Elemental Skill relocates your team near enemies, reducing battle time and stamina consumption
• Burst affects enemies in an AoE DMG with efficient Cryo Application and provides extra Crit. Rate
• Passive Talent increases the party sprinting speed at night (18:00-6:00 Game time)

Weaknesses

• Elemental skill is not effective against big enemies, and bosses

Best artifacts for Rosaria

Mixing Noblesse Oblige and Blizzard Strayer will take the most advantage of her abilities and DMG. Also, combining sets makes getting good stats easier.

To build Rosaria with better support capabilities, four pieces of Noblesse Oblige will increase the damage to the entire party. The best alternative is when Rosaria is part of a team with Ayaka or Ganyu.

Focus on Crit DMG, ATK %, and Cryo DMG some Energy Recharge is a desirable stat.

The Staff of Homa is the best weapon for polearm characters with high damage potential, however, we think is not easy to get, and probably the weapon is better in the hands of the Main DPS

Deathmatch

Nonetheless, there are other excellent polearms for Rosaria. the 4-star weapon from the Battle Pass, Deathmatch.

The weapon increases the DMG output of the kit of Rosaria overall, with extra Crit. Rate and ATK buff.

Dragonspine Spear

An alternative to the Detamatch is the Dragonspine Spear, which is a craftable weapon, from Dragonspine Mountain, increasing the Damage to enemies that are frozen.

If you are planning to use Rosaria as a Cryo Battery and Support the best option is the 4-star Favonius Lance, which will generate extra particles.

Best teams for Rosaria

Eula Superconduct

Eula's physical DMG team is currently the strongest squad for Rosaria. The team has many variations, we will write down the most popular.

Main DPS

Eula is the main source of DMG in the team, with a strong Physical DMG capability, she requires to stay for a long time in the field.

Sub-DPS

Rosaria will increase the Crit. Rate of Eula, working as a Cryo Battery at the same time.

Her elemental Burst will bring consistent Cryo Application to the Battlefield.

Support

Zhongli shield and the reduction of enemies' elemental resistance increase the DMG and the survivability of Eula.

Zhongli elemental burst will petrify enemies, making them easier prey for the claymore blows of Eula.

Support

Raiden Shogun outfield DMG of her Elemental Skill will produce constant superconduct reactions. Raiden can also provide DMG while the abilities of Eula are on Cooldown.

Alternative Teams

Rosaria can also be good for Permafrost and Melting Teams, replacing characters like Diona, Kaeya, or Shenhe.
