There are a total of 87 Rukkhashava Mushrooms in Sumeru. They reset exactly 48 hours after harvest. You will need 6 days at max to fully collect enough mushrooms to ascend a character to 90.

The Rukkhashava Mushrooms are concentrated in certain areas, but most of them are difficult to reach. We recommend using the Anemo Resonance or characters like Kaeya, Razor, and Kazuha for speedier farming.
