Genshin Impact The Sound of Discord Guide

Genshin Impact's Windblume Festival ends its second week with Act III, Realm of Wind and Fog, now available.

Act III's The Sound of Discord has players hunting down Treasure Hoarders who have infiltrated the Windblume Festival to set up future heists.

During the Invitation of Windblume events, Venti will be keeping an eye on players and interacting with them throughout, similar to Xiao in the Lantern Festival events of Genshin Impact 1.3.

Festive Anecdotes of the Genshin Impact Windblume Festival

The Sound of Discord is the second quest of Act III, one of many Festive Anecdotes of the Windblume Festival.

It is a limited quest only available during the event's duration.

The quest is available today and will run until April 5, 2021.

The Sound of Discord Walkthrough

Act III's The Sound of Discord requires players to track down a suspicious citizen and hunt down Treasure Hoarders hoping to set up operations in Mondstadt.

To start the quest, players need to head to Mondstadt Plaza and talk to Vile.

Here is the basic flow of the quest:

1. Talk to Vile in Mondstadt Plaza
2. Look for suspicious person with package (1)
3. Head to the Treasure Hunter camp marked on the map below (2)
4. Defeat the Treasure Hunters
5. Talk to Vile in Mondstadt Plaza

Look for Suspicious Person With Package

When it comes to "Look for suspicious person with package," knowing the location of the Suspicious Citizen cuts the time this quest takes down significantly.

After talking to Vile, confront the Suspicious Citizen and battle the Treasure Hoarders and then head back to Vile to let her know the job is done.

After the final conversation with Vile, players will earn their 20 Primogems and their other rewards.
