Under the name Hidden Dreams in the Depths, the image shows the main characters for the storyline and the character banners of Genshin Impact 2.7.
While it's unconfirmed, it seems to match up with the game's typical style.

Shanghai, the home of Hoyovese Headquarters, is under a strict lockdown due to a resurgence of COVID cases. This is likely the central cause for any Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream and update delays.
