It's been a few weeks since the last GTA 6 rumour, but another has arrived this week and has got quite a lot of attention.

Over the last few months, various leakers and supposed insiders have suggested that GTA 6 is in development at Rockstar. However, without any official reveal, it's tough to say how true those leaks and rumours are.

We've been told the release window and where the game is set, got a look at a "screenshot" of the game, and even seen suggestions that the game will feature events.

The most recent rumours comes from @thatssobold on Instagram, which is a news and leaks account with nearly 100 thousand followers. They posted saying:

"GTA 6 will be Announced Nov-Dec & Will Take Place in Miami Featuring Hurricanes, Gators, and MORE! News Sources are confirming that GTA 6 will be Announced and Teased with a Trailer starting November through December, will be 3 Times bigger than #GTA5 Map. #GTA6 Map will change overtime with Updates from Rockstar similar to Epic Games (Fortnite) Map."

GTA 6 Reveal Rumour

Now, it's important that you take this "leak" with a handful of salt. While thatssobold has quite a large following, they don't have a history of Grand Theft Auto leaks.

What they're saying could well be true, with the GTA 6 reveal coming after the leaked GTA Remake Trilogy that's supposedly releasing, they haven't presented any evidence to back up their claim.

However, the reveal date, news of it being set in Miami, and details about it featuring an evolving map are all things we've heard before about GTA 6.

The comparisons with Fortnite's map have been made by Tom Henderson before, who is a far more reliable leaker, so it may be true.

If we're honest, we'd be surprised to see GTA 6 revealed before GTA V Expanded and Enhanced is released.

That game was originally supposed to be released... again... in November, but it now won't come to next-gen consoles until next March.

For now, we'll just have to keep en ear out for more news on GTA 6 and hope that Rockstar has a reveal up their sleeves.

If a November reveal date really is correct, the end of 2021 could be very interesting time for Grand Theft Auto fans.
