League of Legends ARAM Clash was announced in the patch notes released yesterday.
This will be the first time that a clash tournament will take place in an ARAM game mode.
ARAM always takes place on the Howling Abyss map which is a simple one-route map instead of the complex layout of Summoner's Rift.
The special edition of clash will take place to honour the recent changes to the game mode.
Riot Games have also made entry to this tournament much easier as players will no longer have to buy a ticket.

What is ARAM Clash?
Clash tournaments are small-scale events in League of Legends where a team of 5 will compete.
8 teams will face off against each other in a BO3 style to become the best and win that trophy.
Hefty rewards are given depending on where you are placed with your team.

When Does League of Legends ARAM Clash Start?
The first-ever ARAM clash was announced yesterday as Riot Games announced the new ARAM changes.
There are two tournaments coming up this weekend and both are free to enter.
One will take place on December 10 2022 and the other will take place on December 11 2022.
Each of these events will begin at 7 pm CT.
How do I Enter?
Entering the clash is simple.
Here's how to get your share of the rewards...
- Open League of Legends and navigate to the 'Clash' tab.
- Go to the 'Hub' subheader in that tab.
- Create a team for the day that you want to compete in.
- Now you can invite players to your team. Choose who you want to play with and wait for them to accept the invite.
- If you don't have a team, you can find players under the 'Find a Team' menu.
