The first Season of Madden 23 Ultimate Team is coming to a close which means that Season 2 is just around the corner.
We're going to go over the release date of the show along with some of the things we expect to see over the next few months.
Madden 23 Ultimate Team Season 2 Release Date
Not only is the Season 2 launch of Madden 23 Ultimate Team just around the corner but the Most Feared program is about to begin.
Now is the perfect time to jump into Madden as Season 2 is set to begin on October 14, 2022, giving you another two months of action.
The latest content schedule for Madden 23 Ultimate Team was revealed and in it you can see that there are going to be several announcements.

How Field Pass works in MUT 23
Field Pass is essentially the reward system for Madden 23 Ultimate Team and it gives you a chance to complete challenges and level up.
These challenges can range from Solo Battles to online modes like Head 2 Head. Either way, you'll earn rewards for each level you achieve.
The Season area of Field Pass in MUT 23 is specific to the season you're in. For example, these are some of the tasks players completed in Madden 23 Ultimate Team Season 1:
- Score 25 touchdowns in any mode
- Score 50 touchdowns in any mode
- Score 100 touchdowns in any mode
- Score 250 touchdowns in any mode
- Score 75 points in any mode

MUT Champions In Season 2
What we're hoping is included in the Good Morning Madden stream is who the MUT Champions will be in Season 2.
The Madden 23 Ultimate Team reward was Dave Casper who was a 91 OVR Tight End and ended up being a pretty strong card.
Now that there are several cards that have a 91 OVR rating, we're expecting the MUT 23 Season 2 Champion to have a 94 OVR rating or better.
Remember, some of these cards will be revealed during the Good Morning Madden streams this week, which you can find above.
Most Feared Set in Season 2
Perhaps the highlight of Madden 23 Ultimate Teams Season 2 is the Most Feared set which will deliver some of the best cards of the year so far.
Last year, in Madden 22, we saw the addition of a 92 OVR ROLB Ed Reed and several other Out Of Position cards.
We decided to make a few predictions for who we think will make it into the Madden 23 Ultimate Team Most Feared set for Season 2:
- Derrick Henry - HB - Tennessee Titans
- Ed Reed - SS - Baltimore Ravens
- Nick Chubb - HB - Cleveland Browns
- Donald Parham Jr. - TE - Los Angeles Chargers
- Patrick Mahomes - QB - Kansas City Chiefs
These are just a few of the cards that we think will be revealed first, there will likely be tons of cards to follow in the next few MUT 23 releases.
