We're still waiting for more news to come out regarding Madden 24 and the cover athlete. While we wait for that to drop, we can speculate on who may feature on the cover in the upcoming title.
With the Super Bowl now in the rearview mirror, we can look forward to the next edition of the franchise. Madden 24 will be a very important game in the Franchise, bringing plenty of updates and new features. So, featuring on the cover of the title will be a true honour.
With standouts from the season appearing, we want to take a look at which stars could be in line to feature on the cover of the NFL's most iconic game Madden 24.
Madden 24 Cover Predictions
When it comes to deciding who will be the face of the game in 2023, there's stiff competition, but we do have one clear favourite this year.
Patrick Mahomes had a sensational season, claiming yet another Super Bowl, Super Bowl MVP, and NFL MVP. So, it wouldn't be a shock to see him grace the cover of a Madden title, for the third time ever.

The greatest quarterback of all time has stepped away from the game he loved so much, and this time it seems to be for good. Celebrating his illustrious career with a cover on the special edition of Madden 24 seems appropriate.
Players such as Lamar Jackson and even Patrick Mahomes feel too recent, especially after the double-repeat of Madden 22 and the honorary John Madden pick for Madden 23. However, as mentioned above, Patrick Mahomes' spectacular season might just be enough to guarantee him yet another Madden cover.
There are a few other top Madden 24 cover athlete candidates that look poised to get the nod:
Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills
Bills quarterback Josh Allen is among the favourites to be on the cover of Madden 24. He had a great season and finished third in the MVP race.
We're now several years into the Josh Allen era, and he's definitely not taken his foot off the gas at any point in the process.

Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles
Another player who is also a part of the favourites list is Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Hurts lead the Philadelphia Eagles to the Super Bowl, and had an amazing season.
Although the Eagles lost to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, he is definitely in the running.
Tyreek Hill - Miami Dolphins
Finally, we have a wide receiver who many may have thought for years would end up as a cover athlete wearing his old Chiefs uniform.
Tyreek Hill has proven himself fully capable in his new home with the Miami Dolphins, and a strong finish could easily make him the Madden 24 cover athlete.
Madden 24 Cover Star Reveal Date
The Madden 23 cover star was revealed in June of 2022 and we think that Madden 24 could have a similar reveal window this year.
John Madden was the honorary cover star for Madden 23 and was revealed by EA Sports in a tribute video.
The Madden 24 cover star will likely be revealed in June of 2023.
