Dying Light 2 Preload Details

If you're looking to preload Dying Light 2, the timings work a little different depending on which platform you're playing on.

If you're on Xbox, you can preload the game straight away! Xbox players have always typically had the longest chance to preload in recent years. If you're playing Dying Light 2 on PC or PlayStation you'll have to wait until 48 hours before release.

This 48-hour window will trigger around two days before release as the above photo details. Dying Light 2 is adopting the much-preferred region by region release. This makes it easier for everyone to figure out when they can both preload and play the game once it's out.

We're incredibly close to the release of Dying Light 2 now as it's out on Friday, 4 February. It's been a long road to release as the game suffered multiple delays throughout 2021.
