Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a new game coming to Nintendo Switch, and its gameplay trailer reveal at Nintendo Direct is turning heads, as it's unlike any Kirby game before it!
The game brings a whole new style of gameplay to Kirby, bringing the fan-favorite to a 3D world with more room to explore and more action than ever!
Here's what we know so far about Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land will arrive in Spring 2022 per the Nintendo Direct showcase.
This date may change, however, as development continues - a warning given for all Nintendo Direct showcases, especially with COVID-19 restrictions in mind.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land will be a 3D game allowing players to explore and platform through dangerous lands all while integrating the classic Kirby moveset we all know and love.
Copying foes for new powers, switching powers to better fight foes in changing environments - this game will take the action of previous Kirby games and adds a whole new layer of depth and challenge into the mix.
Whether it's shooting fireballs, rolling up enemies in a spiky shell, or slashing at them with your sword, how you approach each fight is up to you with Kirby in your hands.
The Kirby and the Forgotten Land trailer showcases some gameplay already, and it looks very promising already!
