League of Legends is coming off of the massive 11.2 Update, but when will LoL 11.3 arrive?

Let's dive into what we know about the upcoming patch, its patch notes, and when players can expect it to drop.

Latest - Release Date

LoL 11.3 will arrive on Wednesday, 3 February.

While we don't have a release time yet, expect it to come around 6am EST as is the traditional process.

RISE: LoL 11.3 brings tons of item changes to Summoner's Rift

These are the changes coming in LoL 11.3.

Champions

  • Anivia
    • Q - Flash Frost: Damage increased from 60-200 (+45% AP) to 70-210 (+50% AP)
    • R - Glacial Storm: Cooldown increased from 4.1 to 4.2
  • Cho-Gath
    • E - Vorpal Spikes: Damage decreased from 22-82 to 22-70
  • Elise
    • Q - Neurotoxin: Damage decreased from 40-180 to 40-160
    • W - Skittering Frenzy: Attack Speed decreased from 60-140% to 60-100%
  • Ezreal
    • Q - Mystic Shot: AD ratio increased from 120% to 130%
  • Ivern
    • Health Per Level decreased from 95 to 85
    • E - Triggershield decreased from 80-220 to 80-200
  • Jinx
    • Health decreased from 610 to 550
    • Q - Fishbones range bonus increased from 75/100/125/150/175 to 100/125/150/175/200
    • Q - Fishbonus Attack Speed penalty decreased to -10% bonus Attack Speed from -25 bonus Attack Speed
    • E - Flame Chompers Mana Cost increased to 90 from 70, arm time changed to 0.5 seconds from 0.7 seconds
  • Karma
    • Mana regen changed to 13 from 11.5
    • Q - Inner Flame mana cost decreased from 65 to 55
  • Mordekaiser
    • E - Death's Grasp cooldown changed to 22-10 from 24-12
  • Olaf
    • Base health changed to 575 (from 597)
    • Passive - Berserker Rage Attack speed changed to 9-70% based on missing health from 0-100%
  • Pantheon
    • Q - Comet Spear deals 70% damage to minions and monsters now
    • Q - Comet Spear cooldown changed to 13-8 from 10-8
  • Rammus
    • E - Frenzying Taunt cooldown changed to 12 seconds from 12-10
  • Rell
    • Ferromancy (W):
      • Crash Down damage dealt increased to [70/105/140/175/210 + 60% AP] from [70/105/140/175/210 + 40% AP]
      • Crash Down shield gained decreased to [20/45/70/95/120 + 13% maximum health] from [40/70/100/130/160 +13% maximum health]
      • Mount Up passive armour and MR doubled to 20% from 10%
      • Mount Up extra damage dealt increased to [10/25/40/55/70 + 40% AP] from [10/25/40/55/70 + 30% AP]
    • Attract and Repel (E):
      • Armour and MR granted to allied champion halved to 5% from 10%
      • Damage dealt decreased to [80/110/140/170/200 + 40% AP] from [80/120/160/200/240 + 30% AP]
      • E cooldown on unbinding self changed to 1 second from 3 seconds
      • [Bugfix] should now properly buffer when cast on an ally from outside range
    • Magnet Storm (R):
      • Damage dealt changed to [120/200/280 + 110% AP] from [120/200/280 + 70% AP]
  • Riven
    • E - Valor cooldown changed to 10-6 from 12-8
  • Seraphine
    • Passive - Stage Presence note damage changed to 4-16 from 5-20
    • W - Surround Sound base shield changed to 50-100 from 60-120
    • W - Surround Sound shield changed to 75-150 from 90-180
  • Shyvana
    • Q - Twin Bite AP ratio changed to 40% from 0%
    • W - Burnout movement speed AP ratio changed to 8% per 100 AP from 0%
  • Singed
    • Q - Poison Trail AP ratio changed to 90% (over 2 seconds) from 80
  • Sylas
    • Q - Chain Lash mana cost changed to 55 from 50-75
    • W - Kingslayer damage changed to 70-210 (+90% AP) from 65-205 (+85% AP)
  • Taliyah
    • Passive - Rock Surfing movement speed changed to 20-45% from 12-40%
    • Q - Threaded Volley damage to monsters after the first stone increased to 100% from 80%
  • Udyr
    • Phoenix Stance (R): aura damage changed to 50-275 (over 4 seconds) from 50-300
  • Vladimir
    • Hemoplague (R): Cooldown decreased to 120 from 150-120

Item/Rune Nerfs

  • Deadman's Plate: Health decreased from 475 to 400
  • Goredrinker: Active heal decreased from 12% to 8% missing health
  • Ironspike Whip: Minions and Monsters no longer take double damage below 50% hp
  • Ravenous Hydra: Omnivamp decreased from 15% to 8-16% by champion level

  • Staff of Flowing Water: Ability Power decreased from 60 to 50
  • Sterak's Gage: Base shield decreased from 200 to 100, shield duration decreased from 5 to 4 seconds
  • Zhonya's Hourglass: Seeker's Armguard cost increased from 900g to 1000g, total cost increased from 2500g to 2600g

  • Banshee's Veil: Ability Power increased from 65 to 80
  • Chemtech Putrifier: Ability Haste increased from 15 to 20, New Effect Added: Healing or Shielding an ally will cause their next damage to inflict 60% Grievous Wounds
  • Force of Nature: Movement Speed per stack increased from 6 (max 30) to 8 (max 40)
  • Frozen Heart: Cost decreased from 2700g to 2500g, armor decreased from 80 to 70
  • Horizon Focus: Ability Power increased from 100 to 115, Hypershot minimum range decreased from 750 to 700
  • Immortal Shieldbow: Attack Damage increased from 50 to 60, Attack Speed increased from 15 to 20%
  • Lord Dominik's Regards: Armor Penetration increased from 25% to 35%
  • Phantom Dancer: Attack Damage increased from 0 to 20, Attack Speed decreased from 45% to 25%, Long Sword replaces Dagger in build path, max stacks Bonus Attack Speed decreased from 5 to 3, Bonus Attack Speed at max stacks decreased from 40 to 30%
  • Verdant Barrier: Passive Reworked - Killing a unity grants 1 Magic Resistance (max 15), Cost decreased from 1200g to 1000g

Item Adjustments

  • Eclipse: Shield changed from 150 (75 Ranged) to 180 (90 Ranged), Omnivamp changed from 10% to 5-10% by Champion level
  • Leeching Leer: Omnivamp decreased from 10% to 5%, Health increased from 150 to 250
  • Riftmaker: Omnivamp changed from 15% to 8-16% by Champion level, Health increased from 150 to 250
