Having an abundance of stubs in any MLB The Show game is a luxury.

Stubs can help users get out of sticky cap situations in Franchise mode, help them buy equipment for their RTTS player, and even buy packs for their Diamond Dynasty squad.

Can you buy stubs in MLB The Show 21?

MLB The Show 21 users will be able to purchase stubs as they always have in-game when The Show drops on April 20, 2021.

There are a few different ways to purchase stubs. The most common way is to exchange real money for various amounts of stubs.

Users can also play games in the Diamond Dynasty mode and collect stubs after wins though the return on investment is not great with this method.

When deciding on what version of MLB The Show 21 you are going to purchase, definitely check out the rewards that come with each version.

How much do stubs cost?

We don't have an official word on how much stubs will cost this year, but we would assume it would similar to previous editions of The Show.

  • 1,000 Stubs = $.99
  • 5,000 Stubs = $4.99
  • 11,000 Stubs = $9.99
  • 24,000 Stubs = $19.99
  • 67,500 Stubs = $49.99
  • 150,000 Stubs = $99.99

Stubs are not a necessary purchase in order to have a great experience while playing MLB The Show 21 and there is something to be said about players who grind their way through Double-A in Road to the Show to get to the Majors.

They make for a great birthday present and if you go all out in the offseason of Franchise mode and burn your budget, they could come in handy to clean up the mess.

We will have more info as we approach the launch date of MLB The Show 21 as there could be opportunities to collect stubs before the game drops.
