March is here, which means baseball season is just around the corner.

Perhaps more important to the release of MLB The Show 20 is just days away.

Always one of the most realistic sports games of the year, this will be the last version of the baseball game before the release of Sony's PlayStation 5.

It will also the final one that is exclusive to the PlayStation, as in 2021 The Show will also be available on Xbox Series X.

There are a lot of new features in this year's game, from custom leagues to the inclusion of official Minor League rosters, but one feature everyone loves is the inclusion of legends.

Baseball has an incredible history full of bright characters, amazing players, and remarkable stories.

Not everyone can be included in MLB The Show 20's roster, but there are some missing icons of the sport that really should be added to this year's game.

Randy Johnson

It is criminal that The Big Unit is not in The Show. The 6'10" lefty was the most feared pitcher in baseball for nearly two decades.

With 100+ mph heat in his prime and over 300 wins, Johnson needs to be in the game.

Barry Bonds

The Hall of Fame still eludes the most prolific home run hitter in baseball history, but gamers should get the chance to control the most feared hitter of his generation.

The Steriods Era will taint baseball until the community starts to turn the page, MLB The Show can be the first to begin the healing.

TWO SPORT STAR: Bo was an All-Star in baseball and Pro Bowler in the NFL

The legend of Bo Jackson knows no bounds. He may be best known to gamers as an elite running back in Madden Ultimate Team this year, but during his career with the Kansas City Royals he was a human highlight reel of power, speed, and a cannon arm.

This card would be one of the most coveted in Diamond Dynasty, and certainly a talking point.

Jose Fernandez

Baseball has suffered a few tragedies in recent years, but few leave a mark of what could have been more than the passing of Jose Fernandez. The talented Marlins pitcher lost his life in a boating accident in September 2016 aged just 24.

Satchel Paige

All of baseball's history should be included in MLB The Show 20, and that goes for the Negro League too. Before Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier, Satchel Paige was a superb pitcher best known for his time with the Kansas City Monarchs.

His inclusion would not only be incredibly cool, but open up a period of history for new fans.
