MLB The Show 21 Brings Some Big Reveals

MLB The Show 21 is now a matter of weeks away, and we#'ve received our first big announcement around the new game - the Cover Star.

That honor goes to Fernando Tatis Jnr - shortstop for the San Diego Padres.

Release Date & Price

We've also got an announcement as to when MLB The Show 21 will arrive!

It launches on 20 April, 2021.

The Standard Edition on current gen consoles is $59.99 USD / £59.99 GBP and on next gen consoles is $69.99 USD / £69.99 GBP.

Cross-platform

MLB The Show 21 will be playable on PS4, PS5 and for the first time, on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Sadly, there's no update as to whether the title will be on Nintendo Switch.

Not only that, but cross-platform play and cross-progression will come to MLB The Show.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are now live on the PS Store and Microsoft Store - with a pre-order bonus of 1 Gold Choice Pack.

The Next Gen Standard Edition includes:

    • 10 The Show Packs

The Collector's Edition is to be revealed on Wednesday, 3 February.

NOTE - There will be no standard edition upgrade path from current gen to next gen.
