MLB The Show 21 Editions give players many options

MLB The Show 21 has several different editions to choose from, and each offers different Diamond Dynasty rewards and unique features.

MLB The Show 21 Diamond Dynasty has more players than ever with the series bringing Xbox players into the fold for the first time ever.

Current Gen Standard Edition

The Standard Edition actually appears in two versions - one on Current-Gen (PS4, Xbox One) and one on Next Gen (PS5, Xbox Series X|S).

MLB The Show 21 Standard Edition comes with the following rewards if you purchase on Current Gen consoles:

• 5000 Stubs
• 1 Gold Choice pack

The Current Gen Standard Edition is priced at $59.99.

You can purchase the Current-Gen version from the PlayStation Store or the Microsoft Store.

It is worth noting there will be no standard edition upgrade path from Current-Gen to Next-Gen.

Next-Gen Standard Edition

In addition to the expected upgrades in graphics, we also now know that Next-Gen versions of MLB The Show 21 will introduce a brand new Stadium Creator mode.

If you order MLB The Show 21 Standard Edition on Next Gen consoles, you'll get the following:

• 5000 Stubs
• 10 The Show packs

The Next-Gen Standard Edition is priced at $69.99.

You can purchase the Next Gen version from the PlayStation Store or the Microsoft Store.

Physical Collector's Editions

There are two versions of MLB The Show 21 that can be purchased as a physical Collector's Edition, rather than digitally.

These include the physical Jackie Robinson Deluxe Edition and the "regular" Jackie Robinson Edition, both of which come with a limited edition Steelbook and the following other bonuses.

Jackie Robinson Edition (Physical)

The physical Jackie Robinson Edition is available either for PlayStation or Xbox consoles, and both have bundled their Current-Gen and Next-Gen versions together in a single release, and both of these cost $84.99.

MLB The Show 21 Digital Special Editions

In addition to the physical versions that are non-standard, you can get the Jackie Robinson Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition from the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store.

While they don't come with the Limited Edition Steelbook, physical copies of the game, or the hat, you will still get some major bonuses.

Diamond Choice Pack reward details

With the exception of the standard edition, other MLB The Show 21 editions will come with a Diamond Choice Pack (or two) to kick off your Diamond Dynasty squad.

While details were initially vague, we now know some of the players who will be available for Diamond Dynasty in that Diamond Choice Pack.
