MyCAREER is arguably the most popular game mode in the title. It allows players to live the NBA dream through their characters, experiencing the life of an NBA player both on and off the court. This NBA 2K23 Side Quest Guide is aimed to make players' life outside the court easier.

There are plenty of side quests in NBA 2K23. While some are very easy to complete, others make take more time and effort to conclude.

The Jordan Challenge Intro

This is one of the easiest side quests in NBA 2K23. To complete this challenge, just go to the front of the Jordan challenge building. There, you will meet Jordan's super fan, Patrick Sullivan.

After a quick talk with him, you will receive 2,500 MVP Points.

Meeting Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson is one of the most athletic players in the NBA. NBA 2K23 gives us the chance to meet the New Orleans Pelicans player, and have a small talk with him.

In this mission, players will have to make their way into the Mountain Dew court, which is located inside MyCity.

After talking with Zion Williamson, players will receive 2,500 MVP Points.

Meeting Jake From State Farm

State Farm has some of the most iconic NBA commercials of all time. In all of those commercials, Jake From State Farm is present. The character is liked by most NBA fans and is already an iconic figure in the 2K community.

To meet this iconic figure, go to the NGHBR GOODS store, which is to the left of the MyTEAM Pink Diamond Plaza.

Just like in the previous side quests, you will be rewarded with 2,500 MVP Points. All you need to do is just watch the cutscene.

Becoming the T'd Up Magazine Cover

Ashley wants you to step up your fashion game, so that she can get you on the cover of the illustrious T'd Up magazine. But first, she wants to talk with you.

You will need to make your way to the One City Plaza, and talk with Ashley, to complete this mission.

After doing that, you will receive 2,500 MVP Points, 25 Fashion, 25,000 more Fans, and become the next athlete on the T'd Up Cover.

Nike Endorsement Deal

Every top NBA player has an endorsement shoe deal. In MyCAREER you want to attract all the big brands so that you can have the best possible offer. By completing this mission, Nike will want to sign a contract with you.

To complete this mission you will have to reach 420,000 fans, six corporate levels, and 10 solo player levels. Having great performances on the court will win you plenty of fans.

When it comes to increasing your corporate level, just change to clothes that give you more Corporate attributes. Then proceed to walk past the media at the stadium, which will give you Corporate points. Do this repeatedly, and you will reach level 6 in a blink of an eye.

In order to reach the Solo player level 10, you need to play NBA games, and answer interviews with the trailblazer answer option. The second method is the most effective.

The rewards will be, 3,000 MVP Points, 1100VC, Nike Billboard, and Nike On Court Shoes.

Jordan Endorsement Deal

Similar to the mission above, by completing this side quest, players will have the option to sign a shoe deal with the Jordan brand.

To complete this mission you need to reach 570,000 fans, flashy level 9, and fashion level 8.

For the flashy and fashion levels, use the same method described above, but with clothes that give you Free Spirit. This will quickly increase your level in both areas.

After completing this side quest, players will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,100VC, Jordan Billboard, and Jordan On Court Shoes.

Adidas Endorsement Deal

Just like the two side quests above, it will grant you an endorsement deal opportunity with the brand.

You need to have 545,000 Fans, free Spirit level 6, and Music level 9. To reach level 9 in the Music category faster, you complete the daily music trivia quest. Finishing the It's a Cole World main quest will also help you reach level 9 in a quick way.

Your rewards will be 3,000 MVP Points, 1,200 VC, Adidas Billboard, and Adidas On Court Shoes.

New Balance

Complete this objective, and you will be able to sign a shoe deal with New Balance.

Reach 520,000 Fans, Team Oriented level 10, and Fundamentals level 10.

If you want to reach level 10 in Fundamentals, playing MyPARK or NBA games is a good way to do it.

In interviews, reply with the Fundamentals option, the one with the blue icon. This will help you reach level 10 faster.

When it comes to levelling up the Team-Oriented attribute, answering interview questions with the blue icon option is also the best way.

Players will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,260 VC, NB Billboard, and NB On Court Shoes.

Puma Endorsement Deal

To have the opportunity to sign an endorsement deal with Puma, you need to complete this side quest.

Simply reach 510,000 Fans, Free Spirit level 5, and NBA level 7.

Reaching level seven on the NBA attribute is not easy to do. Doing the daily schedule team practice quest is one way to level up. Playing NBA games will also help you reach level 7.

After completing this side quest, players receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,440 VC, Puma Billboard, and Puma On Court Shoes.

Converse Endorsement Deal

When you reach 505,000 Fans, Free Spirit level 6, and Fashion level 5, the option to sign a shoe deal with Converse will become available.

To reach the Free Spirit level 6, and Fashion level 5, just follow the steps mentioned in the side quests above.

The rewards are 3,000 MVP Points, 1,440 VC, Converse Billboard, and Converse On Court Shoes.

Under Armour Endorsement Deal

Unlocking the Under Armour endorsement deal is not hard, especially if you were able to complete the previous side quests.

You need to reach 500,000 Fans, Corporate level 5, and Team-Oriented level 10.

Then you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,440 VC, UA Billboard, and UA On Court Shoes.

Gatorade Endorsement Deal

Plenty of players dream to have an endorsement deal with a prestigious brand such as Gatorade.

NBA 2K23 allows players to achieve this dream, by simply completing some objectives.

Players will need to have 560,000 Fans, level 10 on the Fundamentals attribute, and NBA level 8.

To reach level 10 on Fundamentals, play MyPARK and NBA games. In interviews, reply with the option that has the blue icon.

For the NBA attribute, do the daily schedule team practice quest, and play NBA games. It will help you reach level 8 in an easier and faster way.

Mountain Dew Endorsement Deal

To be eligible to sign a contract with the energy drink giant Mountain Dew, you will need to have 125,000 Fans, Flashy level 6, and Free Spirit level 7.

On top of that, you also need to talk with and challenge Dr. Disrespect to a game of H.O.R.S.E.

Winning fans is quite easy, as performing well in NBA matches will reward you with plenty of new fans.

To reach Flashy level 6, and Sree spirit level 7, change to clothes that give you more Free Spirit attributes.

Then, proceed to walk past the media at the stadium, which will give you both Flashy and Free Spirit points. Do this many times, and you will quickly reach the desired level.

You will find Dr. Disrespect at the Rober Miles Court. Simply talk with him, and then beat him on a game of H.O.R.S.E.

After completing all the above objectives, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 3,000 VC, 25,000 Fans, Mountain Dew Billboard, and Black Military Vest.

Kia Endorsement Deal

Probably the easiest endorsement deal side quest in NBA 2K23.

To complete it, just reach 100,000 Fans, Flashy level 5, and Music level 6. When it comes to gaining fans, having great performances in NBA games is the best way to do it.

To reach Flashy level 5, change to clothes that give you more Free Spirit attributes.

After, proceed to walk past the media at the stadium, which will give you plenty of Flashy points. By doing this many times, you will quickly reach level 5.

For the Music attribute, complete the daily music trivia quest, and finish the It's a Cole World main quest.

If you do this, you shouldn't have problems reaching level 6 on the Music attribute.

As for rewards, you will get 3,000 MVP Points, 4,000 VC, 25,000 Fans, and a Kia Billboard.

Ruffles Endorsement Deal

The Ruffles Endorsement Deal is also easy to complete. You just need to have 70,000 Fans, level 4 Free Spirit, and Street level 6.

To reach level 4 on Free Spirit, use clothes that give you Free Spirit, and walk past the media at the arena.

For the Street attribute, complete the Devin Booker Challenge 22, by playing games on the South City Vipers court.

Upon meeting this requirement, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 2,500 VC, 10,000 Fans, and a Ruffles Billboard.

Door Dash Endorsement Deal

Completing this challenge will give you an endorsement deal with Door Dash.

For that to happen, you need to have 50,000 Fans, level 5 on the NBA attribute, and Fundamentals level 4.

The best way to gain fans is to perform well in NBA matches.

To increase the NBA attribute, complete the daily schedule team practice quest, and play plenty of NBA games.

As for the Fundamentals attribute, play MyPARK or NBA games. In interviews, also reply with the Fundamentals option, the one with the blue icon.

You will then receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,500 VC, 10,000 Fans, and a Door Dash Billboard.

Mobil 1 Endorsement Deal

To get an endorsement deal with Mobil 1, you need to have 30,000 Fans, Corporate level, and Solo player level 4.

You are going to gain fans by having good performances on the NBA court.

To increase your Corporate level, just change to clothes that give you more Corporate attributes.

Then proceed to walk past the media at the stadium, which will give you Corporate points. Do this repeatedly, until you reach the desired level.

For the Solo player attribute, choose the option with the red icon when answering interview questions.

After completing all the above goals, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 1,500 VC, 10,000 Fans, and a Mobil 1 Billboard.

2K Sports Endorsement Deal

It wouldn't make sense to have so many endorsement deals side quests, and not have one for 2K Sports.

To complete this quest, achieve 250,000 Fans, Flashy level 7, and NBA level 7.

You are going to gain fans by having good performances on the NBA court.

To reach Flashy level 7, change to clothes that give you more Free Spirit points.

After, proceed to walk past the media at the stadium, which will give you plenty of Flashy points. By doing this many times, you will quickly reach level 7.

The best way to increase the NBA attribute is to complete the daily schedule team practice quest, and play plenty of NBA games.

As for rewards, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 2,500 VC, 50,000 Fans, and an NBA 2K23 Cover.

Slam Magazine Cover

To be on the cover of the reputable Slam magazine, simply go to the One City Plaze, and talk with Ashley.

After doing that, you will get 2,500 MVP Points, 50 points in the Music attribute, 25,000 Fans, and you will be on the cover of the next Slam Magazine.

Dime Magazine Cover

After completing this quest, you will show up on the cover of the Dime Magazine, and get some great rewards.

You need to go to the One City Plaza, and once again, talk to Ashley.

Then, just take a selfie or a photo in any of the local business stores spread across The City.

Upon successfully completing these goals, you will get 2,500 MVP Points, 25 Corporate, 25,000 Fans, and appear on the Dime Cover.

Mamba Mentality

This side quest honours the late great Koby Bryant. It allows players to unlock the mamba mentality perk, and gain the ability to change their Takeovers.

To complete this challenge, you will need to earn three stars on hard drills and be out of drills for the day.

Simply go to the practice facility, and do as many training drills as possible. Be sure to prioritize the hard drills, so that you can get the three stars necessary.

You will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Fundamentals, 500 VC, Decelerator Perk, and Mamba Mentality.

Gx Bottle

This is a very easy side quest to complete.

Just go to the Gatorade Training Facility, and talk with the Gatorade representative.

After that, you will earn a Gatorade GX Bottle.

Extra Badge Loadout

This side quest will give you an extra badge loadout, which can be very useful.

Go to the Pro-Am Arena and talk with Jackson Ellis. Then, use the badge loadout 20 times in games.

After that, Jackson Ellis will give you an extra badge loadout.

Gym Rat

The Gym Rat badge is a very useful badge, and a pretty simple one to achieve.

To complete this side quest, you just need to go to the Gatorade Gym, talk with the Gatorade representative, and earn three stars in any of the workouts.

Then, you will receive the Gym Rat badge.

Introducing The Theather

Talk to Felix Morgan inside the theatre, and play one game in the theatre.

After that, you will receive a Raptors player banner.

Cade Cunningham Meeting

Just like you had the chance to talk with Zion Williamson, this mission allows you to get to know Cade Cunningham slightly better.

You just need to meet him outside of the Not Your Father's Hot Dogs food truck.

Then, Cade Cunningham will talk with you about life as an NBA rookie and his love for plant-based foods.

After that, you will receive +5,000 MVP points, general skill points, and a Cade Cunningham jersey.

Rebirth

Upon completing this side quest, Ronnie 2K will give some amazing prices.

You will need to reach 65, 75, 88, and 90 OVR. Finding Ronnie 2K around The City is another of the requirements to complete this side quest.

When you are 65 OVR, he will be to the left of the Knights Station icon. At 75 OVR, he is at West Mall Station.

At 88 OVR, he is west of the Northside Knights area. Finally, at 90 OVR, he is at the entrance to the South City Vipers are off the map.

You will receive 60,000 MVP, Ronnie 2K & Sophie 2-Shirt, Shirt Off, Rebirth, and Spawn Location.

Josh Giddey Meeting

Another side quest, where you met one of the best young players in the NBA.

Just make your way to the M.W.P. Mini-Mart, and talk with him.

You will receive 5,000 MVP Points, general skill points, and a Josh Giddey jersey.

MyPoints Accelerator

A very easy quest to complete, that will give you a 5% MyPoints Accelerator.

You just need to complete three Coach Drills.

SI Kids Magazine Cover

When you complete all the goals of this side quest, you will receive plenty of rewards. The main one is to be on the cover of the SI Kids magazine.

Talk with Ashley at One City Plaza, and then just head over to a location with plenty of rails.

After that, jump on your skateboard and grinds rails (Skateboard over them) for 25 rails distance.

Then just ride on your skateboard for a distance of 1000 rails, and perform 50 tricks.

You will receive 2,500 MVP Points, 25 NBA, 10,000 Fans, and the SI Kids Cover.

Sports Illustrated Cover

By completing this side quest, you will come out on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine.

You will also receive 2,500 MVP Points, 25 NBA, and 50,000 Fans.

The only thing you need to do is go to the One City Plaza and talk with Ashley.

Becoming An On Court Coach

By completing this side quest, you will receive the on court coach badge. This will allow you to call for plays, and tell your teammates when to shoot.

You need to have 25 Leadership Skills activated to complete this mission. To earn Leadership Skills, you need to go to the Leadership Skills menu and complete the challenges of that specific skill.

It can be 10 points in the first half or having a double-double in a game.

Chris Brickley Drills

By completing this side quest you will receive 2,500 MVP Points and 25 Fundamentals points.

You simply need to make your way to Brickley's Gym, and complete your two daily drills.

Adidas Challenge

One of the easiest side quests in NBA 2K23. You will win 3,000 MVP Points and 500 VC.

Just equip your Adidas kicks, head to the Adidas Garage Court, and talk with the Adidas representative.

Streetball With Tyler Herro

To successfully complete this challenge, you need to play games with Tyler Herro.

By doing that, you will get 5,000 MVP Points, 25 Free Spirit points, 25 Street points, and 100 VC.

Uncle Bobby Challenge

Talk with Uncle Bobby at Robert Miles Park, and play some games with him.

After that, you will be rewarded with 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Street points, and 500 VC.

Fashion Trivia

In this quest, you need to answer correctly some questions from Yolanda and Sabine.

Here are the trivia answers:

Trivia 1: Hermes, Adidas, and motion.

Trivia 2: Under Armor, Bob Cousy, and Thorstein Veblen.

Trivia 3: StockX, Turtle Dove, and Fjallraven Kanken

Trivia 4: Nikes, Louis Vuitton, and Raf Simons

Trivia 5: Comme des Garcons PLAY, Toronto, and The NYC Department of Sanitation

Trivia 6: Chuck Taylor, BAPE, and Carhartt WIP.

Trivia 7: Stussy, Fear of God, and Lawnmower.

Trivia 8: Waffle Iron, Adidas & Puma, and Noah.

Trivia 9: Rihanna, Keds, and Baltimore.

Audrey's Dyes

Talk to Audrey Louis Reynold at her design studio, and then pick up some flowers for her.

After doing so, you will receive 2,500 MVP Points, 5,000 Fans, and 500 VC.

Tina And Lance Time Trial

You will need to Find Tina and Lance in the City, and pass their seven time trial tests.

Then, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Flashy points, and 25 Free Spirit points.

Mila Garver Stat Challenge

Talk to Mila at One City Plaza, and you will get a stat challenge.

After completing it, you will get 2,500 MVP Points, 25 Corporate points, 25 Fundamentals points, 25 NBA, and 600 VC.

Race Of The Week

You need to meet Cooper Kitchens in the City for the Trike Race of the Week. Worth noting that, you need to own a Trike Bike.

After completing it, you will receive 2,500 MVP Points, 2,500 VC, Season Level XP, and a free Skateboard.

Jackson Ellis Challenge X

To complete this challenge, you need to have 50 games played, no mater the mode.

The rewards are 3,000 MVP Points, 3,500 VC, and Saboteur Perk.

Jackson Ellis Challenge Y

Meet Jackson Ellis near the Pro-Am arena and talk with him.

After completing the challenge he gave you, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 3,500 VC, and the Suppressor perk.

New Ballance Challenge

You need to achieve some milestones while hearing your New Balance shoes.

Go to the New Balance store, and talk with the New Balance representative. He will tell you everything you need to do.

When you complete it, you will receive 3,000 MVP Points and 750 VC.

J. Cole Challenge

Meet J.Cole at Dreamer Park and talk with him.

After completing the challenges he gives you, you will get 3,000 VC, 25 Street points, 750 VC.

Lozethecrown Selfies Quest

Just talk with Lozo at M.W.P. Mini-Mart and take a selfie with him, while using the M.W.P. Mini-Mart t-shirt.

You will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Corporate points, 500 Fans, and 500 VC.

Tina And Lance Tripod Challenge

You need to find Tina and Lance in the City, and then just show them your skateboard skills while they record you.

After that, you will get 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Free Spirit points, 25 Flashy points, 10,000 Fans, and 500 VC.

Streetball With T-Mac

Meet Tracy McGrady at the Gatorade Gym, and then play some streetball games with him.

After that, you will get 5,000 MVP Points, 25 Free Spirit points, 25 Street points, and 500 VC.

Karl Beam Photo Quest

Go to the Not Your Father's Hot Dogs food truck, and talk with Karl Beam. Then take a photo with him.

You will receive 3,000 MVP Points, 25 Corporate points 500 Fans, and 500 VC.

Ricky Stat Challenge X

To complete this challenge, you need to win 25 games at any private park in the city.

Then, you will get 3,000 MVP Points, 3,500 VC, and the Extender perk.

Mountain Dew Challenge

Go to the Mountain Dew Court and talk with Zion Williamson. Then, you need to successfully complete the challenge he makes you.

After that, you will earn 3,000 MVP Points and 750 VC.

Schedule Team Practice

It's a very simple quest to complete. Go to the Team Practice Facility, and talk with the coach to start the training drill.

After completing one structured team practice, then you will receive 2,500 MVP Points, 25 Team Orientated points, 25 Fundamentals points, and 25 NBA attribute points.
