NHL 22 Be A Pro: All Salary Perks, Ratings Bonuses, and Duration

If you're playing through the single player career mode Be A Pro in NHL 22, one of the many factors you'll want to look at are Salary Perks.

These unique options let you spend the salary accumulated by your NHL contract in order to give bonuses to Attributes, earn extra Trait or X-Factor Points, boost your Line Score, or improve your Likeability and Social Media Followers.

The bonuses vary widely, and there are a few different kinds of Salary Perks. You'll be getting either Permanent, Temporary, or Recurrent Perks.

Permanent Perks will last forever and can only be purchased once, meaning that bonus can't be reapplied (like an Attribute boost) or earned again (like a Trait Point or Follower bonus).

Temporary Perks only last for a limited window, and upon expiration you'll have to wait for a Cooldown to expire before you can purchase the Perk again.

Finally, Recurrent Perks operate the same but without the cooldown, meaning as soon as the Recurrent Perk expires you can go ahead and purchase it again to last for that same duration.
