Today on a February 8, 2023, Nintendo announced that Game Boy and Game Boy Advance titles will be arriving to Nintendo Switch Online.
Titles from both of these handheld devices will be joining other games from other popular Nintendo systems such as the Nintendo 64 and Super NES.

Game Boy and Game Boy Advance announced for Nintendo Switch Online
Releasing today, Tuesday, February 8, 2023, players will be able to play a handful of old, handheld-based Nintendo titles from both the Game Boy and Game Boy Advance.
On the Game Boy, players will be able to play Tetris, Super Mario Land 2 - 6 Golden Coins, The Legend of Zelda, Link’s Awakening DX, Gargoyle’s Quest, Game & Watch Gallery 3, Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare, Metroid II - Return of Samus, Wario Land 3, and Kirby’s Dream Land.
While on the Game Boy Advance, players will get to have their hands on Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$, Kuru Kuru Kururin, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap.
The original Game Boy titles will be playable in all of their Game Boy, Gameboy Pocket, and Gameboy Color versions. Additionally, both Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games have Local and Online Play supported for compatible games.
