Nintendo has revealed Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's Wave 4 in the DLC Booster Pack. This new wave of DLC will be the first of its kind, introducing a new character and brand-new course.
Birdo will be making her return from Mario Kart: Double Dash for the Nintendo Gamecube. The new course, on the other hand, is a completely new track, Yoshi's Island.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 4 REVEALED
Initially announced in early 2022, the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass was to have a total of six waves. Each pass was to add a total of eight courses, all reprised and remastered from past Mario Kart games.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 4 is adding eight more to the fray.
Mario Kart Tour fans will be delighted as there will be a total of three tracks from the famed Mobile version of the game to go alongside an assortment of other tracks from other Mario Kart titles.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 4 Release Date
Players can expect the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 4 to arrive on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Its launch will be exactly three months after the most recent third wave of DLC, adding eight more tracks and Birdo as a new playable character.
Following wave four of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pack, Nintendo will have two more waves of DLC tracks due over the course of the next 12 months running up until the end of 2023. The new additions will total out to 48 additional tracks to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's track line-up.
Additionally, Mario Kart players can possibly expect two more characters with each of the remaining DLC waves.
