Mario Strikers: Battle League is coming soon on Nintendo Switch!
The new game was announced during Nintendo Direct and fans of the old Mario Strikers Charged will certainly be looking forward to it.
Latest - New characters confirmed
Nintendo has confirmed that there will be "free post-launch updates" for Mario Strikers: Battle League, and these updates will include new characters!
This was not the only exciting news to come from Nintendo either, with the Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick also revealed.
Fans will have access to the game pre-release for a sort period of time only, getting their first taste of the new game.

Release Date
Mario Strikers Battle League is coming to Nintendo Switch on June 10th, 2022.
This surprise has already stolen the show at Nintendo Direct and will be many Nintendo fans' most anticipated title of 2022.
The game's file size clocks in at 3GB, so you may need to clear some hard drive space before picking the game up in June.
The new game will be available to play online and local multiplayer, but online play will require a Nintendo membership.
Gameplay & New Features
The Mario Strikers Battle League gameplay trailer shown off at Nintendo Direct included a few clips of gameplay as well as some elaboration on new changes to the game.
This includes customization of your team and their stats, new special moves, Hyper Strikes, multiplayer options, as well as some other new features along the way.
The game will feature multiplayer both online and locally, allowing up to 8 players to play at the same time!

Characters
There are currently ten characters confirmed for the game so far with some of the classic Mario characters available.
Mario and Luigi are two of the classics, but we are most looking forward to Bowser as he is usually insane in these games.
