Following its reveal during the Nintendo Direct a couple of weeks ago, Pyra/Mythra has joined the fight in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate today.
During a stream that went into some further details, Nintendo broke down how the character and its two forms will work.
Pyra/Mythra Explained
The Xenoblade Chronicles character will work just like previous characters with two forms have done. You'll be able to switch between Pyra and Mythra at will while on a stage.

Talking of stages, a new one has come to Ultimate alongside the characters. It is called Cloud Sea of Alrest and sees you and whoever else is involved battle it out on top of a Titan from the Xenoblade series.
Release Date & How to Get Pyra/Mythra
If you want to add them to your roster, you'll need to purchase the Fighters Pass 2, of which this is the fourth character addition, or separately for $5.99 / £5.39.
The purchase will include the new character and the new stage.
Both new features will come to Smash Bros. Ultimate today, 4 March, so keep an eye out on the eShop store for their arrival.
With the new pack downloaded and installed, you'll be able to jump into fights with Pyra/Mythra whenever you'd want.
