Nintendo is bringing Mario Strikers BACK this year with the upcoming release of Mario Strikers: Battle League having been revealed at Nintendo Direct.

Mario Strikers: Battle League Trailer
Mario Strikers: Battle League is set to be released on Friday, 10 June 2022, as announced at Nintendo Direct.

The Mario Strikers: Battle League gameplay trailer includes a few clips of gameplay as well as some elaboration on new changes to the game.
This includes customization of your team and their stats, new special moves, Hyper Strikes, multiplayer options, as well as some other new features along the way.
The game will feature multiplayer both online and locally, allowing up to 8 players to play at the same time.
What characters are in Mario Strikers: Battle League?
So far, Nintendo has showcased a number of beloved characters set to appear in the game.
The following characters are confirmed for Mario Strikers: Battle League:

- Luigi
- Peach
- Bowser
- Donkey Kong
- Yoshi
- Toad
- Wario
- Waluigi
We expect to see more Mario Strikers: Battle League characters revealed within the coming weeks, as Nintendo releases more information and perhaps another trailer.
We could see Nintendo add some brand new characters to the game, joining up with the old fan favourites from the previous title in the updated Mario Strikers: Battle League.
