eFootball 2022: How to fix the eFootball Coin balance issue

What is the eFootball Coin issue?

Many players have noticed an issue that occurs during the purchase of eFootball Coins.

Specifically, when attempting to purchase eFootball Coins under certain circumstances, the purchased Coins do not seem to be reflected in your balance correctly.

This usually occurs when attempting to purchase Coins from inside the game, after being logged in for 1 hour or more.

If this happens to you, you will receive one of the following error messages:

• "Purchase Incomplete"
• "An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."
• "Unable to Purchase"
• "An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."

If you are attempting to purchase eFootball Coins from the PlayStation Store, you may run into the same issue but no error message will appear on the screen.

How to fix the Coin issue

If you run into this issue, close and restart the game.

This should cause the purchased eFootball Coins to be correctly reflected in your balance.

Do not make multiple purchases if you notice that your balance doesn't seem to be updated correctly.
