The Euro 2020 DLC arrives part of PES 2020's Data Pack 7.0, so here's everything that's arriving.
Data Pack 7.0 Release Date
The Euro 2020 DLC was meant to appear in-game on 30 April, but the delay of the tournament led to the natural delay of the PES 2020 content.

The new update is now available, arriving on Thursday, 4 June.

The official Euro 2020 update will be arriving via DLC.

After delays and a would-be cancellation, the official Euro 2020 competition is coming to PES 2020.

International Kits
All 55 UEFA nations official kits and rosters will be the update.
FIX UP, LOOK SHARP - These stunners arrived back in December
Stadiums
With the final due to held at Wembley Stadium on 12 June, the home of English football has been recreated in the game.
Another stadium will appear, the Krestovsky Stadium in St Petersburg.
Its tenants Zenit are a PES 2020 partner club and it was due to host group stage matches and quarter-finals at Euro 2020.
Official Ball & trophy
The official ball for the group stage will also be available from launch, as well as the European Championship trophy!

It's not all about the Euros, with Konami also adding the following:
- New season data for Campeonato AFP PlanVital (Chile) implemented
- Updated club team strips
- Updated national team strips
- Updated club team emblems
- New/updated face models
- New/updated player portraits
- New manager portraits
- Updated player names
- Added the option to select national teams as your Base Team in MyClub
