The Last of Us Part 2 PS5 Update

If you're looking for another reason to dive into the gritty world of Naughty Dog's The Last of Us Part II, this might be it.

Although this is an update for the PS4 version of the game, it actually targets the title's performance on a PS5 console. When installed, it will include a Display option that will allow you to toggle 30FPS and 60FPS performance.

This will complement the other host of improvements and Naughty Dog's Director of Communications Arne Meyer has stated that "this patch is just the first step of working on the PS5."

The future looks bright; Now it runs smoothly, too!

PS5 Console Stock Update

Earlier today, Amazon UK released some PS5 consoles. We're not sure if there are any left, but reports are showing that they've sold out pretty quickly. That doesn't mean Amazon won't release anymore, but it's unlikely.

It's hard to tell when a retailer releases all their stock at once as the demand is so high, it often sells out quickly regardless.

With this in mind, there's still rumours that Very and Tesco will be releasing PS5 console stock over the next few days. In addition to this, it looks like GAME might be releasing some unclaimed stock.

We also still have rumours that Smyths Toys will release some stock tomorrow or the day after. However, this could be pushed back to next week.

t's worth keeping an eye on StockInformer too, in any case. This will update as best it can and show you the stock levels for multiple retailers at once.
