Zion Williamson and Nike have wasted little time creating new signature sneakers for the New Orleans Pelicans star, with the latest addition to his collection being a new Air Jordan 1 Low "Voodoo" colourway.

Williamson himself took to Instagram to announce their arrival earlier this year while also celebrating the release of his second signature Jordan Zion 2s with their matching Voodoo-inspired aesthetic.

Their release see's the 1s join Williamson's "Hope Diamond" Zion 2s as well, making 2022 one of the most exciting years to be a Zion fan so far.

With that in mind, here's everything we know so far about the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Voodoo" colourway...

Air Jordan 1 Low Voodoo Release Date

Williamson gave very little away about the "Voodoo" 1s in his unboxing video, with the main takeaway being that we should "stay tuned" for more news about their release in the future.

However, the sneakers have since been unveiled via Nike's SNKRS launch page and, therefore, a release date has been announced for 8 November 2022.

That means the shoes are out now if you're looking to pick up a pair. We'd recommend acting fast though as the popularity of Zion as well as the Jordan 1 may result in the sneakers selling out pretty quickly.

However, if you're unsure whether or not you want to buy a pair, then perhaps a closer look at the design might help you make your decision...

Air Jordan 1 Low Voodoo Design

As mentioned, this original design inspired by the African-born religious movement is based on the new Jordan Zion 2 "Voodoo" colourway.

Revealed in Williamson's video, we can see how the low-top 1s closely resemble the Flax, Muslin, Fauna Brown, and Oil Green colour scheme used for the Zion 2s; however, the laces have been switched to white to match the midsoles.

They also appear to utilise a similar mix of hemp, canvas, and suede in their construction. As an aside, check out our guides on cleaning suede and canvas shoes right here.

Additional Voodoo motifs include the skull-and-bones graphics and embroidery, the flipped Nike branding on the tongues, and the exposed crossed stitching throughout.

The insoles continue the theme as well, arriving in mismatched brown and green and featuring Voodoo graphics in replace of the letters which spell out "Voodoo" and "Zion".

Air Jordan 1 Low Voodoo Price

As confirmed by their listing, the "Voodoo" 1s cost $170 in adult sizing, with no word yet on whether smaller and presumably cheaper kid's sizes will be made available.

This is more than the usual retail price of a pair of Jordan 1 Lows; however, this could be down to their unique design and the popularity of Zion Williamson.

If you're still interested, then let's dive into where you can buy...
