James Rowberry joined Newport County last October, but the highly-rated young manager has not enjoyed the greatest of success at Rodney Parade with a dismal start to the current League 2 season proving his undoing.
The Exiles currently occupy 18th place following back-to-back 1-0 defeats against Swindon and Rochdale, with the club having picked up just four points from Rowberry's final seven league games in charge.
