Cycling's number one ranked athlete, Tadej Pogacar, is currently the favourite to claim his third Tour de France victory when he hops into the saddle this July with the Slovenian sensation currently priced at evens.

2022 champion Jonas Vingegaard follows Pogacar in the betting order with a price of 11/8, while Primoz Roglic and Remco Evenepoel are priced at 7/1 a bit further back

When does the 2023 Tour de France start?

The 2023 Tour de France will get underway on July 1st, as is traditional, with the first stage being a 182km trek through Bilbao.

Last year's tour started in Denmark for the opening three stages, but 2023's edition will see the riders make their way through Bilbao and San Sebastien on the route to Paris.

In 2023, we will also see the Tour de France Femmes take place for just the second time with the best female cyclists in the world taking on eight stages between July 23rd and July 30th.
