WoW Classic WotLK Sons of Hodir Reputation Guide: How to Earn Rep & All Rewards

Located in The Storm Peaks in Northrend, the Sons of Hodir are one of the brand-new factions players encounter in World of Warcraft: Classic's latest expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.

With Dun Niffelem as their home, these ice giants were created by the Titans in order to protect the world of Azeroth together with the watchers. Most importantly, though, they are a key part of character enhancement as they provide significant stat increases with their Shoulder Enchants.

That being said, here's a Sons of Hodir reputation guide for WoW Classic WotLK, including how to earn it and the rewards that await.

How to earn Sons of Hodir Reputation in WoW Classic WotLK

It may seem difficult to earn reputation with the Sons of Hodir seeing as you first start out as Hated, and their tabard not rewarding rep for Heroic Dungeons, but in reality, it's fairly simple.

First, you'll have to complete the questline in Storm Peaks which begins with the "They Took Our Men!" quest from Gretchen Fizzlespark. This questline, which is fairly long, will be finished once you complete the "Mending Fences" and "A Spark of Hope." By the end of this, you should be Friendly with the Sons of Hodir, which will unlock the daily quests and token turn-ins you will be using to raise your reputation all the way to Exalted.

When it comes to Sons of Hodir daily quests, at first you'll only get four, two for Neutral and two for Friendly, from then on, you'll get three more in total, two for Honored and one more for Revered. Complete them as you would any other daily.

For token turn-ins, you'll be looking specifically at Relics of Ulduar, which can be found on every single mob in The Storm Peaks as well as the Halls of Stone, and Halls of Lightning dungeons. Additionally, they drop from the Ulduar raid which hasn't gone live yet. You'll also be looking at Everfrost Chips which spawn randomly across Storm Peaks, think of them as The Burning Crusade's Netherwing Eggs.

With the dailies and the token turn-ins, you'll be Exalted in no time. But once you do, what can you get?

Once you have all of that reputation earned, it's time to begin cashing in on your hard work. Of course, you can begin buying items as you earn the reputation on your road to Exalted, but once you get there is when the real fun begins.
