New Raid - Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible

Placed deep within Zaralek Cavern—patch 10.1's new zone—players will get to enter the expansion's first new raid, Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible. It's in this place that Neltharion created the Dracthyr before ultimately succumbing to the Old Gods, turning into Deathwing.

Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible holds a total of nine bosses, amongst these is Scalecommander Sarkareth, whose forces seek to claim the legacy of the dracthyr. Scalecommander Sarkareth will be the final boss of Aberrus.

Like the Vault of the Incarnates raid before it, players can expect Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible to release with its Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties simultaneously once Dragonflight Season 2 launches.

NEW SEASON, NEW TIER: Dragonflight Season 2 introduces new Tier Sets

During Dragonflight Season 1 tier sets were relatively low impact, focusing on buffing classes' abilities, and the like. For WoW Dragonflight Season 2, however, tier sets will be more meaningful, impacting resources, cooldowns, and talents.

Some of the bonuses are enhanced by playing certain talents and some build on popular talents in the middle sections of trees.
