WWE 2K22 MyGM Reveal Countdown: Live Updates from the latest Ringside Report

WWE 2K22 is less than a month away, and the new game is bringing back an old favorite game mode with the inclusion of MyGM.

MyGM will be a General Manager Mode for a new era, so we already know some things to expect, but more will be revealed in the upcoming Deep Dive.

Here comes the pain

A big reveal will be coming shortly, with the second Deep Dive into WWE 2K22 exploring the MyGM Mode.

We last had a GM Mode in 2008 with Smackdown vs Raw, and this is the first time we will be seeing it in the 2K series.

You will be able to find out what features the developers have brought to the new game when they broadcast live on Wednesday, 16 February, at approximately 12pm ET / 5pm GMT.

MyGM

Fans have been hankering for the return of GM Mode from the SmackDown vs. Raw era, and they are finally getting their wish!

The MyGM Mode puts you in charge of the storylines, building your own roster and creating rivalries for the ages.

Whilst managing the cost/budget mechanics, you will need to make your brand as appealing as possible with the best matches around, to bring in the most Fans, and crush any opposition.

WWE 2K22 Release Date

WWE 2K22 was first confirmed at WrestleMania 37 in April 2021, but there was a bit of a wait before we knew when the game was coming.

That wait is over, with an official worldwide release date of Friday, 11 March.

If you can't wait for then you are able to get 3-day Early Access by pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition or nWo 4-Life Edition.

That means you can get on WWE 2K22 from Tuesday, 8 March.

New Features & Game Modes Revealed

After a long stretch of relative silence by Visual Concepts about what's actually planned for WWE 2K22, we're finally learning details about the game.

Ahead of their planned announcements in January 2022, a new Feature Reveal Trailer was released in late 2021 highlighting ten major changes on the way.

While some are upgrades and new features affecting the entire game, such as the new gameplay engine, controls, graphics, and presentation, we've also got all-new game modes.

MyGM revives the fan-favourite GM Mode for a new era, MyRISE replaces the former MyCAREER mode, and MyFACTION makes a franchise debut with a new single-player experience building a legendary faction.
