After a year of waiting for its exclusivity deal to come to an end, Deathloop is coming home to the world of Xbox for the very first time, joining its fellow Zenimax/Bethesda titles.
Arkane's game about two assassins stuck in a time loop proved to be quite the popular title when it was released in 2021, with players on PS5 and PC enjoying Arkane's usual stamp of style and flair.

If you're itching to jump into the game well the good news is you don't have to wait for much longer as Deathloop is coming to Xbox consoles on Tuesday, 20th September 2022.
According to the Xbox app on PC, the game will be fully-added and playable within the Xbox ecosystem from 09:00 PST / 12:00 EST / 17:00 BST, giving people on the West Coast the whole day to enjoy the game.
You can pre-install the game now so it's playable straight away and any pre-installs will also give you access to pre-order content if you want that extra stuff, be sure to install it ahead of launch.
Deathloop Xbox Game Pass
After the acquisition of Zenimax and Bethesda by Microsoft, all games published under those banners and their subsidiaries became first-party games for the Xbox brand.
As is the case with all the first-party titles that belong to Xbox, they will be coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one for no extra cost. This means that the moment Deathloop launches on Xbox platforms, it will become available to all Xbox Game Pass subscribers regardless of what version they subscribe to.
Golden Loop Update
To celebrate this semi-re-launch of Deathloop, Arkane has decided to introduce a brand new free update to the game titled "Golden Loop". The main feature of this new update is cross-play multiplayer for the new platforms and a new extended ending for players to unlock.
The update will also contain a new weapon, new enemies and new upgrades to spice up your playthrough even more.
