The Genshin Impact Version 4.5 Livestream was streamed on 1 March 2024, Friday at 12:00 PM (GMT) / 7:00 AM (EST).
Where can I watch the Genshin Impact 4.5 Livestream?
As is customary, the Version 4.5 Livestream was streamed live via Genshin Impact's official Twitch channel and TikTok account.
If you happened to miss the Livestream, don’t fret! You have the option to either catch a rerun of the stream exactly an hour later on Genshin's YouTube channel or watch the VOD on both Twitch and YouTube channels.
4.5 Livestream Primogem redeem codes
In every Genshin Impact Livestream thus far, players are given the chance to redeem three codes, each granting generous rewards. Based on previous streams, the rewards typically include the following:

As such, subsequent patches from Version 4.3 onward are considered "filler patches," as termed by the Genshin Impact community, bridging the gap until the release of the next nation, the land of Pyro, Nathan. Despite this, HoYoverse has exciting plans for the remaining part of the Fontaine cycle, offering a plethora of quests and events to anticipate!
Following the vibrant Lantern Rite celebrations in Version 4.4, the upcoming update will bring players back to Mondstadt for its flagship event.
4.5 banners
Genshin Impact players will get the chance to welcome the renowned Inazuman fashion designer, Chiori, to their roster in the 4.5 update!
The Version 4.5 banners will be as follows:

- 5-star: Chiori and Arataki Itto
- New 5-star weapon: Crane’s Echoing Call (Catalyst)
Phase 2 (2 April- 24 April)

4.5 new banner type: Chronicled Wish
Version 4.5 will introduce a brand-new banner type called Chronicled Wish, featuring 5-star characters that have had at least three character event wishes and have not appeared in any recent banners. Players can chart a specific course for their desired character or weapon, taking a maximum of 1 Fate Point to guarantee your target.
In Version 4.5, players will get the chance to pull for the following 5-star characters in Chronicled Wish:
- Eula
- Mona
- Albedo
- Klee
- Diluc
- Jean

4.5 Story Quest
In the upcoming update, players will have the chance to learn more about the new playable character Chiori!

4.5 Hangout Quest
Lynette fans rejoice! Lynette's Hangout Quest will go live in Version 4.5.
4.5 events
Finally returning to the beloved Mondstadt, there will be four exciting events for players to enjoy and collect valuable rewards from in Version 4.5:
- Alchemical Ascension: Help the Knights of Favonius manage a potion shop by cultivating herbs, brewing potions, and selling your products to increase shop revenue and expand your business
- Feline Fortress Furrdyssey: Return to the Cat's Tail and care for feline residents in a unique pet-raising simulation where you will cater to the cats' desires by furnishing their homes, fulfilling their needs, and providing their favourite food
- Rolling Crossfire: Take down hordes of slimes using a remote-controlled turret that fires elemental shells
- The Great Fayz Reaction Debate: A combat event that utilises "Time Dilation Mode", where time freezes when you stop moving after using a skill
On top of that, there will also be a Leyline overflow event rerun that players can look forward to!
