Climbing a ladder in WWE 2K23 is an easy yet very useful mechanic. It's certainly one most players should know how to perform.

You can use the ladder to reach a briefcase or a title. Climbing to the top of the ladder will also allow you to perform some crazy high-flying moves.

How To Climb A Ladder In WWE 2K23

Knowing how to climb a ladder will be particularly useful in the Money in the Bank match.

In matches where the titles are hanging above the ring and you need to retrieve them, this skill will also be very useful.

Just like plenty of other objects, ladders can be used as weapons, inflicting tremendous damage on opponents.

You can place them in the corner and throw your opponents against them. Or you can just hit other superstars with the ladder.

When you are on the ladder with an opponent, you can use light and heavy attacks on them.

You can also perform a spectacular ladder finisher. To do that, just press R1 + X on PS5 and RB + A on Xbox.

Before starting to climb the ladder you need to first pick it up. Using the L1 or LB button you will be able to do just that.

Then, you need to position your ladder perfectly, so that you can achieve the briefcase, title, or perform a high-flying move from the top. So, use the X or A button to set the ladder up.

After the ladder is set up, you can climb it by pressing the R1 or RB button, depending on the console you play.

Once at the top, you press the L1 or LB to reach for items that are hanging above the ring.

If you instead press the R1 or RB button, you will climb to the top of the ladder. From there you can do a high-flying move or just admire the view.
